A practical roleplay framework for giving feedback

Feedback conversations become more humane when the observation is specific, the impact is visible, and the next step is collaborative.

Feedback conversations become more humane when the observation is specific, the impact is visible, and the next step is collaborative.

Why this matters

Communication improves when an intention becomes an observable behavior. Roleplay gives you a safe place to notice the moment, test a different choice, and learn without pretending that every conversation can be controlled.

A practice to try

Practice observation, impact, invitation: “I noticed…, it affected…, how did it feel from your side?”

Keep the learning human

Use AI feedback as a mirror for patterns, not a verdict on your voice. Bring the experiment into a real conversation, notice the other person’s context, and keep what genuinely improves understanding.

Focus for this repetition: feedback.
