NeuralQ Terms of Service
Effective 18 August 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of NeuralQ Systems Private Limited's NeuralQ service, including communication practice, AI roleplay, analytics, and collaboration features. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Company information: NeuralQ Systems Private Limited is incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN U62010UW2026PTC249266).
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your country and provide accurate account information. Keep your password, MFA methods, recovery codes, and API keys confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
2. The service
NeuralQ provides tools for practicing and improving communication. AI feedback, transcripts, scores, roleplay responses, and recommendations are automated aids, may contain errors, and are not professional, medical, legal, employment, or educational advice. Do not use them as the sole basis for a high-stakes decision.
3. Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant NeuralQ a limited license to host, process, transcribe, analyze, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. Before recording another person, obtain any consent required by applicable law. Do not upload confidential information unless you are authorized to do so.
4. Plans, credits, and billing
Features and usage limits depend on your selected Free, Standard, Pro, or Enterprise plan. Paid plans renew for the billing period shown at checkout until cancelled. Prices, taxes, currency, included credits, and overage rules are displayed before purchase. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
You may cancel renewal from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Cancellation, refund eligibility, and the time a refund takes to reach you are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Promotional credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and expire as described when issued.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, including by uploading unlawful or infringing material; harassing or impersonating people; attempting to obtain another person's credentials; bypassing limits or security controls; reverse-engineering or scraping the service; introducing malware; or reselling access without written permission. We may investigate abuse and restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.
6. Organizations and integrations
Organization administrators may manage members, roles, content access, integrations, and billing for their organization. If you connect a third-party service, you authorize the requested exchange of data and remain subject to that provider's terms. Disconnecting an integration stops future access but may not remove data already imported into your workspace.
7. Privacy and security
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for choosing appropriate sharing settings and protecting credentials.
8. Intellectual property
NeuralQ and its software, branding, documentation, and original materials are owned by NeuralQ or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. You may provide feedback, and we may use it without restriction or payment.
9. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, including beta features, to maintain or improve the service. We will use reasonable efforts to provide notice of material changes. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and events beyond our reasonable control may affect availability.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, non-payment, security risk, legal requirement, or conduct that threatens users or the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will continue. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuralQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for claims arising from the service will not exceed the fees you paid to NeuralQ for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where NeuralQ is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction over that location will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer laws provide otherwise. Enterprise customers may agree to different terms in a signed order form.

Questions about these Terms can be sent to legal@neuralq.in. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms and any incorporated order form are the entire agreement about the service.
