About the role

NeuralQ helps people practice interviews, pitches, presentations, and important workplace conversations. In this role, you will work across product, operations, and high-leverage special projects.

What you will do

• Own meaningful outcomes within operations & people, from discovery through delivery.
• Work directly with a small, cross-functional team and communicate decisions clearly.
• Use customer evidence and measurable signals to improve the work after launch.
• Raise the quality bar while keeping systems and processes appropriately simple.

• Clear written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
