NeuralQ builds governed AI products and the machinery to launch them. Swaya AI, our communication coach, is the first product out of that machinery rather than the whole of the company. The thesis is the engine and the marketplace it feeds, not any single application.
What we are building
- Swaya AI — private practice for interviews, pitches, and difficult conversations, with feedback specific enough to change the next repetition.
- The platform — the shared substrate underneath: identity and provisioning, governed model routing, quota-aware provider fan-out, and observability. See the platform.
- Aglantic — the agent marketplace, so the engine's output compounds instead of accumulating as unrelated products.
How we build
Every external dependency is configuration, every integration reports whether it is actually delivering, and nothing ships claiming a capability it does not have. The integrations directory is the clearest example: it labels what is built, what is in beta, and what we have not written yet. How we work goes into the rest.
